The SURJ General Membership meeting has both a NEW DAY and a NEW LOCATION. Normally we’d meet the first Wednesday, but as that is New Year’s Day this year, this month we will meet on the second Wednesday, January 8th from 6-8pm and we’ll be meeting at Urban Sanctuary.

We’ll hold our general meeting IN PERSON at 80 S. Fifth St, right behind City Hall in San Jose. Please enter and exit through the side door at the back of the parking lot, where the “Welcome” flag is. Food is provided (updates to come about whether we can offer childcare for this meeting). Urban Sanctuary is wheelchair accessible. There is parking on site at spaces marked RCSJ, Catholic Charities or Urban Sanctuary (note: do NOT park in the Westwood spaces, with orange cones). There is also parking available at the 4th Street garage, for a fee after the first 90 minutes. There are multiple transit options nearby, and we encourage people who are driving to carpool. Join the monthly general meeting to learn about our ongoing campaigns, take action during the meeting, and get to know at least one other SURJer in more depth. This is a great place for new SURJ members or those interested in joining!
