We are joining with the Amah Mutsun as they fight to protect this sacred site from further colonialist invasion and commercial destruction. Let's say hello in person. Join members of SURJ Art and Culture Working Group and Creatives for Compassionate Communities for an art inspired visit to see Juristac (from a respectful distance), by vehicle and by trail. We will take in views, sounds, and feelings, do some creative exercises and journaling, and discuss future plans for a large-scale community art action in support of the Protect Juristac campaign.

We will be on site around the area from roughly 3-5pm. Travel from San Jose will leave around 2pm and we can help coordinate folks interested in carpooling. Dress for a hike, bring water and snacks!
