Shut down the Airport so neighborhoods can thrive. #PeopleOverPlanes The Reid Hillview Campaign is a part of a coalition of Eastside community groups and nonprofits trying to accelerate the closing of the Reid Hillview Airport in San Jose. No amount of lead is ever safe. If you don't know much about lead, this is a good resource on why it is so harmful. The airport itself is a product of ongoing systemic issues targeted toward the predominantly Mexican/Latinx Eastside. Our community says "No More!" SURJ leaders committed over six months ago to show up to support closing the airport. It's time for SURJ to SHOW UP!
