We are anticipating that the county executive might try to bring back the single source contract for the new jail. If that happens, we will continue to show up to reject JE Dunn as the construction firm, to make sure that the county doesn’t approve a no-bid contract to any firm, and to continue to demand that the county prioritize the noncarceral mental health facility over a new jail.
