Welcome to Showing Up for Racial Justice!

Thank you for your interest in SURJ. SURJ @ Sacred Heart was founded September 2016. SURJ is a group of mostly white people because white folks need to do this work, but we take our direction from our accountability partners led by people of color. We redistribute white wealth, while also working on campaigns, because racial justice and economic justice are intertwined.

At this orientation, you will learn about SURJ and hear about our current campaigns. After the orientation, the leaders of the orientation will help you find upcomings events and groups in SURJ.
