Our beautiful influx of Newbies means a bunch of us “seasoned” SURJers have to get in action to bring them in. This hour-long training will prepare you to find out what brought them to SURJ, what they are particularly interested in working on, and to suggest next steps for them, and finish with an “ask,” big or small.

I know some people would rather have their toenails removed than do this, but it’s a good time to stretch right out of that comfort zone.
