This training is part of Sacred Heart Community Service’s ongoing series, which you can learn more about here. This in person workshop runs from 9am-1pm at Sacred Heart Community Service (1381 S. First Street). Snacks, childcare and lunch is provided. These workshops are great ways to connect with other community leaders across the South Bay, as well as great opportunities to develop your community organizing skills. This is the topic for Friday’s workshop: How can we tell if an issue is the right one to run a campaign on? At this daytime workshop, you’ll learn how to “cut” an issue, using a helpful tool to make the best decision. Build your political analysis muscles with us, using real-life campaign examples!
